About Toña ...

Toña Bobb is a registered nurse and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a heart for those who care for others. Combining her background in nursing with her passion for mindful movement, Toña creates classes that are gentle, inclusive, and designed to ease stress and promote healing. She believes in meeting every student where they are, helping them find balance both on and off the mat.

FAQ

Before You Roll Out Your Mat

Absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly with clear cues, options, and props to support you at every step.

A yoga mat is helpful. Blocks, a strap (or long towel), and a blanket/bolster are great but optional—household substitutes work fine.

No. Classes do not replace medical care. Please, always consult your clinician for medical advice.

Class dates and times are subject to change. 

Head to Classes and use the booking link to reserve your spot. For 1:1 sessions, choose Private Sessions or send a message via Contact.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your class or session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Arrive (or log in) 5–10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and bring water. We’ll move gently, focus on breath, and offer options throughout.

Let the instructor know about any conditions before class.  While some modifications are offered, your safety and wellbeing always comes first.
